We process the data you give us yourself through the request form, the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp or email: your name, the name of your business, your phone number, your email address, your town and the content of your message or request. For deliveries and invoices we also process the data needed for that, such as the delivery address.
We use your data to answer your request, make a proposal, plan and carry out deliveries and invoice you. The legal basis is (the preparation of) the agreement with you, or our legitimate interest in responding to your question. We do not sell your data and do not use it for other purposes.
Forms on this website are processed through Formspree, which forwards the messages to us. The website is hosted via Cloudflare. Agreements have been made with these parties on securing your data. Otherwise we only share data when the law requires us to, for example with the tax authorities.
We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for. Requests that do not lead to working together are deleted within a year. Data that belongs to our accounts is kept for seven years, as required by law.
This website only uses necessary storage to remember your cookie choice. A Google Maps map or an Instagram video only loads after you click on it yourself. You can read more in our cookie policy.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing and to have your data transferred. To do so, email info@frietvanbeus.nl. We respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
